Making a duplicator for your church, home, or studio is really easy, and can save you money versus ordering a brand name duplicator. I had the opportunity to build one for my church, so I figure it'd be helpful to pass along a few tips on how to get one built.

One of my projects involved validating only the query part of the url using regular expressions (i.e. everything after the ?). It took me ages to figure out a proper regex, so I thought it might help someone here by posting it:

^(?:[a-zA-Z%0-9+]+=[a-zA-Z%0-9+]+(?!=)&)*[a-zA-Z%0-9+]+=[a-zA-Z%0-9+]+(?!.)

Note: this only works for validating the query string, so adding the actual url will prevent a match, making the string to search invalid.

OhNotes! is a simple web-based notepad that allows the user to access their notes from anywhere. 

From  now on, I'll be (hopefully) doing more blog posts on both technology and the web that are more engaging and interesting than the usual "tgorg updates" I've been doing every once in awhile.  Hope you like it!

Acer just recently announced that they will be putting Linux in more of it's boxes (the complete article here: http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2218172/acer-pushes-linux-hard).  The report mentions that Acer will be using it's own distro, which got me thinking "what if all PC manufactures did this and created their own distro for their PCs?".
